INDICTMENT

            The Grand Jurors for the State of Maryland for Worcester County, September Term 2017, do on their oath present:

COUNT 1

From on or about August 25, 2014 and through and including on or about April 21, 2017, at Worcester County, Maryland, ERICA M. HOLLAND, late of said County, did, pursuant to a common scheme and continuing course of conduct, steal money having a value exceeding ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00), property of the Town of Snow Hill, to wit: while employed as an account clerk for the Town Of Snow Hill, did willfully and fraudulently obtain and exert unauthorized control over approximately $169,100.00, received from the public in her position as an account clerk, for her personal use and benefit,  in violation of Section 7-104 of the Criminal Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland and against the peace, government and dignity of the State.
